The keys to good panini are a tasty, creative filling and bread that's not only up to the task of holding it all together but competes for attention. While 2 Wives has a few paninis that you've come to expect, they add some twists to keep them interesting. Some of the cheeses include smoked gouda and feta, and basil-pesto mayonnaise, cranberry mustard and vinegar pepper add some zip. The best of the bunch might be the Soprano: house-made meatballs, roasted red peppers, grilled onion, pomodoro sauce and provolone cheese, all on a focaccia. For $7.50, it comes with chips or the salad of the day and will leave you as stuffed as, well, a delicious panini.
