While 2 Wives has a few paninis that you've come to expect, they add some twists to keep them interesting. Some of the cheeses include smoked gouda and feta, and basil-pesto mayonnaise, cranberry mustard and vinegar pepper add some zip. The best of the bunch might be the Soprano: house-made meatballs, roasted red peppers, grilled onion, pomodoro sauce and provolone cheese, all on a focaccia.
